I handle all of the social media for Bull City and I have the best job ever - I get to talk & interact with you guys every single day through Facebook, Twitter & Instagram!

I’m a Durhamite, a graduate of Jordan High School and I’m gluten intolerant so I’m obsessed with Cider. I was a Cider Head before BCC even came into existence, and consider part of my job ‘market research’ on other ciders so I might have tried a few... hundred! I’m married to BCC legal beagle and co-founder Ben Ingold, and I even named our enormous puppy wolfhound Cider (told ya I’m obsessed)!!

I wake up like everyone else, eager to get to my phone to check overnight notifications and updates. I happy dance over every like we got and I start to prioritize what else we need to share so you know what’s going down. What events are coming up? Do we have any specials? How can I educate folks today? Who can I help promote locally? We have a super fun team that’s more like a family unit, so anytime we can capture some Cidery shenanigans I like to share that too!!

While I’ve never met most of you, I feel like I know you. I’ve been known to walk up to someone at the bar and tell them how much I love them, and how much we appreciate their support. Totally weird (I know) because they have no idea who I am, but I’ve seen their posts about us and I recognize their faces! I see every share, comment and like, and I try to respond to every interaction because it means everything to us! Enough sap… just know that we love you guys and you make our jobs beyond enjoyable!!

Posting is my life, and we have so much good content to put out there that it never seems like work. The product practically sells itself so I don’t have to do much of that - can I get an amen and head nod to our Cidermaster extraordinaire, Ryan!?! So basically, I get to think of fun ways to teach you about cider, and tell you about the new and exciting things we’ve got planned. What I’m most excited about right now is the Cider Exploratorium coming in MARCH… get excited for new SMALL BATCH ciders made in Durham & a month long celebration of our 1st year back in the Bull City!!

Stay tuned for team introductions and more cider blogs - we’re committed to giving you more inside scoop in 2018!! And sign up for our Bull City INCIDER if you haven’t already… I write those too & they’re full of good stuff!
