LOCAL HARVEST Series #1 - JUNE 2014
It's that time of the year! NC has two annual hop harvests that make for an awesome seasonal hop cider. Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Nugget and Zeus hops provided by FarmBoy (Pittsboro, NC) and Three Horse Hop Farms (Saxapahaw, NC) are used to dry hop and make a hop tea. This aromatic and lightly bitter cider has a great earthy flavor! That's how the bull get's down on the farm!

This seasonal wet hop cider is made from the freshest Columbus, Centennial and Chinook hops - courtesy of Cardinal Pine Farms. This fragrant semi-sweet cider has a big American IPA flavor that finishes like a fresh cut lawn!
POMME SOLO Series #1 - PINK LADY
The force is strong in this cider! Pomme Solo is an off-dry, single variety reserve cider made from 100% pink lady apples. This bull may very well be your father.
POMME SOLO Series #2 - GINGER GOLD
The BULL has been waiting for a funky fresh dry cider. This 100% Ginger Gold apple cider is fermented with Belle Saison yeast and aged on lees. A secondary malolactic fermentation smooths the acidity and lends buttery flavors that compliment the earthy notes. Session wine?
Straight business in the front, party in the back. This high gravity, mulled cider is served hot at the cider bar. It warms the bull on a cold day. Nuff said.

Our Pink Lady Pomme Solo cider aged four months in American Oak barrels from Mystic Bourbon (Durham, NC). Big bourbon flavor with mild oak and vanilla notes. Extremely limited edition.

This collaboration with American Underground produced a big hopped up cider. Amerillo hops provide floral notes while cascade hop extract gives a slam dunk bitter that will peel your taste buds.

One cider to rule them all. This BIG cider was beefed up to 16% ABV with honey and organic cane sugar then aged on oak. The bull and Charles love high gravity ciders!
We created this cider to commemorate the closing of 113 Elizabeth St. We hopped this semi-sweet cider with copious amount of cascade and added fresh zested lime and grapefruit juice. We thank everyone for supporting the bull, and look forward to the future of cider!
